Characteristics

French oak is subjected to a thermal stabilising treatment to reduce the humidity and for an initial microbiological stabilisation. This is the ideal product for reinforcing a fruity character and combating vegetable notes. The best results are obtained by combining this mix with other toasts.

Application fields

The toast adapted for the vinification phase for whites and reds. Usage during the fermentation phase gives very interesting results.
