Characteristics

SELECTYS® K is a strain of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae var bayanus.
SELECTYS® K has a killer factor that enables excellent implantation whatever the indigenous population present.
SELECTYS® K has very good resistance to alcohol, enabling it to carry out alcoholic fermentation even under difficult conditions.

Application fields

Production of white, red and rosé wines.
It can be used under difficult conditions, such as spoiled harvests, etc
Under conditions of maximum stress, it is recommended to add VIVACTIV PERFORMANCE nutrient one third of the way through alcoholic fermentation.
