SULFOSSOL^® is an ammonium bisulfite solution available at the following concentrations:
600, 400, 200, 150, 100, 50 g of SO₂ /L of solution.

SULFOSSOL^®’s distinctive feature is that it simultaneously provides must or harvest with the SO₂ and ammoniacal nitrogen necessary for smooth fermentation.
SULFOSSOL^® provides yeast with part of the nitrogen needed for their growth.
