VIVACTIV® MALO is a nutrient made up of yeast derivatives and support elements. It provides the necessary amino acids for carrying out malolactic fermentation to selected lactic bacteria.

Application fields
  • To better control the MLF of red, rosé and white wines.
  • Add at inoculation :
    • To reduce the lag phase between inoculation and the start of the MLF
    • To accelerate the course of the MLF
    • To limit the production of volatile acidity or aromatic deviations
