Characteristics
VIVACTIV® ACTION is a nutrient that can be used to elaborate organic wines according to the UE regulation 203/2012. It contains several nutrients and confers a complete and qualitative nutrition to the yeasts during the alcoholic fermentation.
Application fields
  • Add at inoculation to start the alcoholic fermentation of organic wines with nutrient deficiencies.
  • Add during the AF to prevent sluggish fermentations.
