CARACTERİSTICAS
Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast selected in collaboration with INRA SupAgro Montpellier. LEVULINE® BRIO has been selected thanks to innovative process based on a very specfic bredding. LEVULINE® BRIO enhances the fruitiness and has a very low production of SO2, H2S and acetaldehyde.
