Characteristics
Every bag of EFFERBAKTOL 400 GRANULÉS contains 400 grams of pure SO2. EFFERBAKTOL 400 GRANULÉS is suitable for sulfiting large tanks. On contact with must or wine, EFFERBAKTOL 400 GRANULÉS naturally effervesces. This process produces a foam on the surface that momentarily retains the granules, thus ensuring effective protection of the top of the tank.
Application fields
EFFERBAKTOL 400 GRANULÉS is intended for sulfiting large tanks of over 300 hL. For smaller tanks and harvest bins, use EFFERBAKTOL 50 GRANULÉS or EFFERBAKTOL 100 GRANULÉS. EFFERBAKTOL 400 GRANULÉS can be used at every stage of wine production:  During the harvest, sulfiting of grape bins and run-off musts without need for mixing.  On wine, sulfiting of tanks during vinification and ageing.
