Characteristics
This toast gives a very gentle profile with a vanilla character. Respects the fruit and the distinctive
character of the grape. Medium convection toasting generates large quantities of aromatic
compounds. The dose to be used should be adapted depending on the desired result.
Application rate:
Vinification 1-4 g/L - Ageing 2-4 g/L
Packaging:
In 5 kg polyethylene mesh bags, overwrapped in a 10 kg non-divisible bag.
