Características

Medium + level toast, long with different stages. The extracted compounds give the wine a complex, warm aromatic profile. The formation and release of wood macro-molecules give this toast a unique, high-end quality.

Aplicaciones

It is mainly used during ageing of wines with a medium and medium+ structure, where volume, complexity, softness and warmer notes are desired. This toast is characterised by coffee and toasted notes.

Dosis : 
Vinification 1-2 g/L - Ageing 1-4 g/L
